For Fall 2008 -- Paid Application Due November 21, 2008
For Spring 2009 -- Paid Application Due March 20, 2009
All Aplications Must:
- Be Stamped "Paid" By The Business Office
- Be Returned To The Registrar's Office With
A Degree Evaluation Attached (see below for directions)

Directions for Student Degree Evaluations Online:
- Sign on to myCommNet
- Click Student Tab , then Student Self-Service
- Click HCC
- Click Student Records then Student Degree Evaluation
- Select Current Term and What If Analysis
- Select Term You Began or When You Changed Major
- If earlier than Fall 02, select Fall 02 then continue
- Select Program then continue
- Select First Major then Submit
- Generate Request then Submit
- PRINT EVALUATION
Return to What If Analysis to select another program to evaluate.

Areas NOT MET need to be completed, see advisor for proper course selection.

HCC Graduation Application Instructions
- Please fill out the application (download
as PDF) completely
and legibly. Make sure your name is printed exactly as you want it to
appear on your degree or certificate. Make Payment. Return to Registrars
Office with a copy of your Degree Evaluation by the deadline for
your graduation term.
- The deadline for a Degree or Certificate Application:
Spring -March 5
Summer - July 2
Fall - November 6
- The Registrars Office will notify all potential graduates regarding
the result of their evaluation and where and when to pick up your Diploma.
- All payments are to be made
at the Business Office (Room A104). Payments can be made by Cash,
Check, Money Order, Master Card, Visa, or Discover Card.
- If you are requesting a second
degree, You must complete all program requirements and no less than
25% of the total credits required in the new program as additional hours
of credit. You must submit a separate graduation application for each
degree. If your degrees are not completed in the same semester a Second
Fee of $42.00 is required.
- If you do not meet all the requirements for
Graduation, your application will be moved to the next graduation term.
- here is only one Commencement Ceremony held in Spring. Graduates
from Summer and Fall terms are encouraged to attend the Spring Commencement.
- All graduates and guests are invited to attend the Commencement Exercises. You will be notified by mail from the Dean of Students Office as to where and when to pick up tickets and your Cap and Gown.
