IMPORTANT DEADLINES FOR REGISTRATION, PAYMENT, & REFUNDS

Please note: You are not considered registered until you have paid in full. Online registration without credit card payment is held until 9 a.m. the following day (this includes balances due after financial aid awards).
If payment is not made, registration is cancelled and you must re-register.


Payment Plan & Financial Aid: If you entered into a payment plan agreement (installment plan) you must continue to make payments until your financial aid request has been reviewed and finalized. An official award notification will be sent to you. If you have paid more than the balance owed, you will be refunded any overpayment after financial aid funds are disbursed. Important Deadlines for Fall 2013

  • Fall 2013 registrations processed from April 2, 2013 through August 5, 2013 require a minimum payment of CSF (College Services Fee) and SAF(Student Activity Fee) on the day of registration to hold your classes. These fees are not refundable.
  • The balance of Fall 2013 tuition is due on or by August 6, 2013 at 6:30 p.m. All students must either pay in full the balance of their tuition, pay in full the 1st payment of the IPPO in the Bursar's Office (Lafayette Hal LH-A104), or have an approved third party payer on file in the Bursar's Office by 6:30 p.m. on August 6, 2013 .
  • Any student registering on or after August 6, 2013 must, on the day of registration, either pay the full amount of their tuition and fees, complete the first payment of the IPPO (Installment Payment Plan Option) in the Bursar's Office, or have an approved third party payer on file in the Bursar's Office.
  • Failure to follow the above payment requirements will result in cancellation of your registration.
  • The final day to enroll in payment plan is August 27, 2013 by 4:15 p.m..
  • Refund Policy Fall 2013:
    • On or before 4:15 p.m. on August 27, 2013, 100% tuition, lab, and studio fees.
    • After 4:15 p.m. on August 27, 2013 and before 4:15 p.m. on September 10, 2013, 50% tuition and lab/studio fees.
    • CSF and SAF are non-refundable.

Add/Drop Dates
August 27, 2013 On or before 4:15 p.m., 100% refund of tuition and lab/studio fees On or before 4:15 p.m. Last day to officially drop a class or withdraw from the College and receive a 100% tuition and lab/studio fees refund. Please see refund policy for exceptions.
August 27, 2013 At 4:15 p.m. deadline to enroll in Payment Plan.  
September 3, 2013   Last day to add an open class without the signature of the instructor.
September 10, 2013 On or before 4:15 p.m., 50% refund of tuition and lab/studio fees On or before 4:15 p.m. Last day to officially drop a class or withdraw from the College, receive a 50% refund of tuition and lab/studio fees and be removed from the class roster.

After 4:15 p.m.
September 10, 2013

No refunds are given after this date.

Students dropping and adding courses after 4:15 p.m. on September 10, 2013 will be charged full rate for the additional courses and will not be eligible for a refund/credit for the dropped courses.

September 11, 2013 by 4:15 p.m. 2nd installment of Payment Plan due by 4:15 p.m.  
September 25, 2013 by 4:15 p.m. 3rd and final installment of Payment Plan due by 4:15 p.m.. At this time student should be Paid-in-Full  
September 23, 2013   Last day to submit an audit form
October 9, 2013   Last day to formally drop a class or withdraw from the College and receive an automatic “W.”
November 19, 2013   Last day to officially drop a class or withdraw. The instructor may award a “W” or “F” grade.
