During this reporting period the General Contractor updated the Construction Schedule for Beacon Hall with a Data Date of May 23, 2008. This schedule indicates that the “Substantial Completion” will be achieved during the week of August 22. This is slip of about six weeks from the original date of July 5 and represents a one (1) week slip from our last report.
The General Contractor, Construction Administrator, and DPW continue to evaluate the construction schedule and associated activities to be sure that every avenue is being taken advantage of to be sure that the opening of Beacon Hall is on target and similarly that no issue is allowed to impact this goal.
The Construction Administrator continues to meet throughout the month with the Project Team chairing the Owner’s Meetings and participating in the General Contractor’s Subcontractor Coordination Meetings.
