This schedule indicates that the "Substantial Completion" will be achieved during the week of August 11. This is slip of about five weeks from the original date of July 5th.

In the interim the DPW, Newfield Construction and the Fusco Corporation continue to explore every avenue to mitigate this delay.

In addition, the Construction Administrator has surfaced a number of viable schedule opportunities with the General Contractor, the FFE, Telecommunications and Audiovisual Coordinators with the goal of mitigating the impact of the delay on the College's ability to occupy Beacon Hall as previously planned. As a result, all parties involved continuing to communicate and work together in order to make these opportunities and strategies come to fruition.

The Construction Administrator continues to meet throughout the month with the Project Team chairing the Owner's Meetings and participating in the General Contractor's Subcontractor Coordination Meetings.
