EXECTUIVE SUMMARY
Interior demolition continues this period with exterior masonry wall demolition begun this period. There was some slippage to the Construction Schedule; however Newfield Construction reacted with positive measures that mitigated any serious affect on the overall Schedule.
The Construction Administrator continues to meet throughout the month with the Project Team and participates in the General Contractor’s Subcontractor Coordination Meetings.
Newfield has updated the Construction Schedule with a data date of January 9, 2007. As of the end of the month of January, the construction is on target based on the updated schedule.
