Dr, Noe has been a preschool teacher, director and the executive director of the nonprofit agency that created the Literacy Caravan. She holds a Connecticut Director’s credential at the Master Director level and a PreK-6 MA State teaching certificate. She is a Charts-a-Course approved trainer, an early childhood consultant, and the co-chair of the Bullard Haven Early Childhood Advisory Committee. Dr. Noe has spoken at local, regional and national conferences, written nationally distributed preschool curriculum, and published articles in the Journal of Staff Development and NAEYC’s Beyond the Journal.
